We improved the current system in FACTS, the computer system, for tracking events/activities and revised the case conference tool.

We are developing fost/adopt training to help reduce the length of time in care and reduce multiple placements. In DE 65-68% of adoptions are foster parent adoptions.

Last year, DE had CFSR and AFCARS reviews and did well in both. Info system needed little revisions.
