of ASFA requirements? We are particularly interested in the level
of understanding of managers, supervisors and workers. Please rate

Poor system was developed with the ASFA requirements in mind. The
system is the most comprehensive in the nation and has already been
a valuable resource to staff.

MS was state that first piloted the review instrument in 1995.
b. Are there any significant lessons you learned from the CFSR
process that you suggest we include in our curriculum? If so, please
describe.
Must have all staff involved, keep them informed, celebrate successes,
understand that change takes time and may not see result of change
for some time.
10. Is there anything else that you
want to tell us regarding the best way to support staff as they
implement the requirements of ASFA?
Provide resources, keep informed, training is imperative, keep
court personnel and all stakeholders involved.
