Our Continuous Quality Improvement Unit has been doing a version of the CFSR in every county and has made it through the state.

Last year we formed a recruitment committee, made up of managers, supervisors, and workers, to develop a strategy and plan for foster/adoptive parent recruitment. The committee has come up with themes for each month, along with tools, give-a-ways and materials to support the themes. All of this information is accessible to staff on-line.

Our information system is wonderful. We have reports/data on all aspects of child welfare; we are able to enhance the system and/or modify reports to obtain needed information.
