Same needs as managers and also skill training related to their job responsibilities.

Skills related to job and ASFA topics.

d. Foster parents:

Expanded training to address and understand the needs of today's children.

e. Schools:

How to recognize abuse and neglect and how to report.

f. Health care providers:

Same as schools. Providers are limited by lack of knowledge about kids involved with the agency. Need training on behavioral health needs of kids in care.

g. Mental health providers:

Same as f.

Everyone needs more and current information about status of Child Protective services. What works and what doesn't work. What works with which families. More information based on research. Know what kinds of questions to ask and on which to base evaluations.
