Lee Lucas
Lee Lucas, PhD, Co-Investigator, is an epidemiologist and health services researcher. She serves as methodologist for research design and statistical analysis for CORE's grant funded health services research projects and to provide these services as an internal consultant to clinical and bench researchers throughout the institution. She participates in resident training by instructing in clinical appraisal of the medical literature, research design, and biostatistics, as well as in assisting with research projects. In cooperation with MaineHealth, she has provided design consultation and analysis supervision for the evaluation of several of MaineHealth's collaboratives, including those aimed at improving care for patients with asthma, heart failure, and depression as well as the collaborative aimed at providing smoking cessation advice and counseling for pregnant women.

Dr. Lucas will participate in the research design and quantitative analysis.
