The Board of Directors has general authority over the funds, policy
direction and management of the project. It is composed of stakeholders
that include eleven persons representing specific stakeholder positions
as well as persons representing special sectors and at large seats.
Full Board meetings are held quarterly, while the Executive Board meets
monthly in months without a full Board meeting.
