CBEP invites requests from
municipalities, watershed groups, and other local partners to use CBEP
water quality monitoring equipment to collect water quality data during
the field season (May to October).
CBEP supports local,
community-based, projects that combine habitat enhancement activities
with strong education and stewardship components.
The Casco Bay Estuary Partnership also funds
innovative and/or significant work in Habitat Restoration and Stormwater
in consultation with its standing committees. For more information
contact CBEP staff.
The Clean Water State Revolving Fund
(CWSRF) is a large, flexible, and largely untapped source of funding
for watershed protection projects. The CWSRF provides funding each
year for traditional stormwater and wastewater protection projects, as
well as for nonpoint source projects, such as land conservation,
agricultural best management practices and clean-up of contaminated
sites.
