About the Justice Policy Program
Mission
The Muskie School Justice Policy Program informs policy development and practice in civil, criminal, and social justice systems in Maine and throughout the nation by conducting applied research, training, and technical assistance that builds capacity and improves community health and public safety.
Vision
To provide superior expertise and guidance to civil, criminal, and social justice systems to positively transform lives and communities and to distinguish ourselves in the justice field.
