Appendix B: Questions for Community Group Co-Sponsors

We are interested in your insight and advice concthe following issues:

  • What are the appropriate sub populations to reace, ethnicity, etc.)
  • What are the best sitfocus group sessions?
  • What are the best days and times for focus groups for low-income working and non-working in your communities?
  • What are the best sources and methods for rect in your community?
  • Do you know of anyone who can help with the circulatiecruitment materials?
  • Do you know of anyone who can help us find chi provider volunteers?
  • Is transportation necessary to pick up parents in your community and if so, is there a van or vice you can suggest?
  • We offer a stipend for parents to attend focus groups. What level of stipend is needed to attracts in your community?
  • Would you like to provide outreach materials from your organization focus group sessions?
