National Child Welfare Resource Center for Organizational Improvement (NRCOI) |
In collaboration with our colleagues at the National Resource Center for Child Welfare Data and Technology (NRC-CWDT), the NRCOI has developed a process for helping child welfare jurisdictions improve their supervision systems. Our process is adapted to meet the specific needs of each jurisdiction and aims to empower child welfare agency supervisors and strengthen consistency in child welfare practice.
NRCOI is also pleased to host a Child Welfare Peer Training Network. This Network provides an opportunity for child welfare training staff to connect, share ideas and resources, and engage in timely discussions on various child welfare training topics.
Additionaly, the NRCOI has developed a number of materials related to supervision and training. Please visit the publications section of our website to view them! |
