Evaluation of the NRCOI:
The National Resource Center for Organizational Improvement is conducting an evaluation of its services. The evaluation:

helps NRCOI assure the quality of services by asking for feedback from jurisdictions that receive Training and Technical Assistance, and |
|
assesses how the T/TA provided by NRCOI supports outcomes that jurisdictions are working toward. |
We’re looking for your feedback!
Teleconference/Webinar Participants
Participants who attend NRCOI teleconferences/webinars will be sent brief online evaluations asking for feedback about the quality and usefulness of the sessions.
Recipients of onsite T/TA
Jurisdictions that receive onsite T/TA will receive a brief online evaluation asking you about your satisfaction with your consultation.
Recipients of extended NRCOI T/TA
If your agency works with NRCOI on an ongoing basis, you may be asked to participate in a telephone interview to find out whether NRCOI’s T/TA is helping your agency achieve its intended outcomes.
While we hope you will give us your feedback, all evaluation activities are voluntary. Evaluation activities are not intended to evaluate your agency, but are to assess NRCOI training and technical assistance. The services NRCOI provides to you will not be affected by whether or not you participate in the evaluation, or by the content of your feedback.
