The NRCOI has worked closely with the Children’s Bureau, Administration for Children and Families (ACF) staff and the other NRCs to define the on-site T/TA procedures for the National NRC Network. These procedures are outlined in Key Steps to Coordinating the T/TA Process. State and Tribal agencies should continue to contact ACF Regional Office staff and NRCs directly with their on-site T/TA requests.

As the central point-of-entry for all on-site T/TA across the seven national resource centers and AdoptUsKids, the NRCOI will:

  • help State and Tribal agencies identify and contact appropriate NRCs to define and meet their T/TA needs;
  • coordinate on-site T/TA as multiple NRCs and AdoptUsKids work within states; and
  • evaluate the impact of on-site T/TA provided to State and Tribal agencies.
