Priscilla Armstrong

Priscilla Armstrong is the Registry Director at Maine Roads to Quality: Child Care and Early Education Career Development Center. She is responsible for working on the Provider and Trainer Registry and the Maine Registry Career Lattice, components of Maine's professional career development system for child care and early education professionals. Priscilla has been involved with child care and early education in Maine for over thirty years. Her experience ranges from teaching kindergarten, center based direct child care, center management, and providing technical support and consultation to Head Start programs and child care and early education centers throughout Maine. She holds a Master's Degree from the University of Southern Maine in the Professional Teacher program.
