Project Application Process

 

The Northeast and Caribbean Implementation Center (NCIC) has conducted two rounds of applications from state child welfare agencies seeking intensive technical assistance to implement sustainable and systemic improvements to their child welfare systems. 

The NCIC is currently accepting applications for intensive implementation projects from eligible tribes in ACF Regions I & II. In order to apply, all interested tribes must complete the Vision Outline below, even if applying as a part of a consortium. The Vision Outline is due by February 15, 2011.
