Featured Project

Maine CHOICES Comprehensive Employment Opportunity Project

The School is working with Maine state agencies to support individuals with disabilities who work, or who wish to work. The CHOICES Comprehensive Employment Opportunity project works with employers to identify barriers to hiring and retention of workers with disabilities, ensures that state government is a model employer for people with disabilities, improves post-secondary and employment services for youth transitioning from school to work, and enhances research and data collection capacity regarding workers with disabilities.
