STOP Formula Grant Program
The VAWA Measuring Effectiveness Initiative (VAWA MEI) at the Muskie School of Public Service provides two types of training on the Annual Progress Reporting Form.
Online Self-paced Training for Subgrantees
These two training options provide Administrators and Subgrantees with greater convenience and accessibility.
We recommend the live webinar training for STOP administrators and staff who provide training and technical assistance to subgrantees on how to complete progress reports and who review the subgrantee reports. The live format is particularly useful for asking questions and for hearing the questions and experiences of other administrators and their staff.
We recommend the online self-paced training as an essential tool to be used specifically by STOP subgrantees, who can choose which sections to review based on the types of funded activities they are required to report on, and can do so at their own pace. It is also recommended as a reference and refresher for STOP administrators and their staff.
VAWA MEI provides live webinar training and ongoing technical assistance to STOP Administrators and their staff on the Subgrantee Annual Progress Report form and on the STOP Administrator form.
Live training sessions for STOP Administrators and staff will take place from 2-4 pm, Eastern Time (ET) on the dates indicated below. These sessions review both the administrator and subgrantee reporting forms and provide time for specific questions. These training sessions will be available as webinars and by phone. You may choose which way you would like to participate. If you would like to take part in the training using the webinar format, you will need a computer with access to the Internet and a phone.

Please register for your training session at least one week prior to the training date. You will not receive an immediate response, but a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you approximately one week prior to the training session. The confirmation e-mail will include directions for connecting to the training.

Every effort will be made to ensure access to this webinar, please allow us sufficient time to meet your request for auxiliary aids and services by two weeks prior to the webinar. (Please note, electronic copies of webinar materials will be sent in advance with your confirmation email.)
VAWA MEI also provides online self-paced training tutorials on the Annual Progress Reporting Form to Subgrantees. Take this training when your schedule allows and at your own pace.
