Security ----------
Computer discs, paper records, or any form of stored information must not be left out on desks or in unsecured locations. That means those accidental copies left in the copying machine or those files you printed out and left at the printer for an hour are security breaches. Ouch!
When records are not in use, they must be stored in a locked file cabinet or similar secure location.
