 Important Dates

   

The Help Desk's directive and funding are provided by the State of Maine, Teen and Young Adult Health Program, Bureau of Health, Department of Health and Human Services. http://www.maine.gov/dhhs/bohdcfh/tya/

The Help Desk will assist with using the Clinical Fusion® software.

  • Provide support by phone, email, and on site

  • Provide written lessons for most common questions

  • Provide research and testing to resolve unique issues

  • Provide written lessons for Maine requirements

  • Provide group training

If an issue is more technical, the Help Desk may contact the Clinical Fusion® developers on your behalf or refer you to the developers directly.
