  Fostering Connections:

In 2008, the Fostering Connections to Success and Increasing Adoptions Act was signed into law. The bill was designed to improve and increase the permanence and well-being of children and youth served by the public child welfare system. NRCOI can assist child welfare agencies identify helpful resources as they work towards implementing the Fostering Connections legislation.
