In collaboration with our colleagues at the National Resource Center for Child Welfare Data and Technology (NRC-CWDT), the NRCOI has developed a process for helping child welfare jurisdictions improve their supervision systems. Our process is adapted to meet the specific needs of each jurisdiction and aims to empower child welfare agency supervisors and strengthen consistency in child welfare practice.

NRCOI is also pleased to connect child welfare agency staff with our fellow T/TA Network members at the National Child Welfare Workforce Institute. NCWWI has two strong academies focused on building agency capacity and developing leadership skills in the child welfare workforce.
