	The Results and Performance Accountability Implementation Guide
	The Results Oriented Management in Child Welfare training site provides online training for child welfare managers and supervisors with a focus on outcomes. (This is a collaboration between the University of Kansas School of Social Welfare and the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.)
