Making a positive, sustainable impact on child and family outcomes The NRCOI supports public child welfare agencies as they engage in the Child and Family Services Review (CFSR) process and strive to implement systemic changes that will improve their service outcomes. The CFSR process and findings highlight the systemic factors, practices and outcomes that need attention within specific States and serve as a primary driver of our training and technical assistance efforts.
